13 killed as Fulani herdsmen cause accident along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway

No fewer than 13 people were burnt beyond recognition in the early hours of today at Loto bus-stop, Mowe. According to info the incident was caused by some herdsmen but the herdsmen fled the scene immediately as residents attempted to mob them. Injured victims were rushed to private hospitals before being transferred to the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital.

Our heart goes out to families and friends who have lost their loved ones in the accident.

I learnt this hymn this year all thanks to a Woman of God who took out time in January and February to encourage me with the Word of God. The words/lyrics are loaded. Sing along if you know the hymn or just read along...

Shall we dance? Seems to be the question Professional dancer Mora Godoy asked President Obama before having the chance to dance with him during a state dinner in Argentina last week with a full support from Argentina’s President Mauricio Macri.

President Obama took to the floor to do the tango dance. First Lady Michelle Obama was not left out as she simultaneously tangoed with Godoy's partner.

What a good way to unwind!

It's Supernatural!!!

I want to share the story of how gracious and good God is to me.

I keep hearing this comment from so many people that I am strong and that they are impressed at my strength. Hmm…wondering if I’m really as strong as people think? I know it’s not me but God. His Grace has been sufficient and I keep praying each time for more grace…This grace is something deeper than me. It’s not just natural. It’s supernatural! It comes from above. The strength I walk in daily and find my comfort and peace was pre-ordained. All the strength I’ll need has longed been prepared for me well in advance. Jeremiah 29:11 says "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future..."

Everyone seemed to have advice. But two pieces of advice stuck with me...first hold on to God and second stay strong. And that’s what I’ve been doing, holding on to God and staying strong.

I’m held in the hallow of His hands, surrounded by His peace...

This event that drives people to the point of despair and even leaves people broken and lost forever...God has given me a supernatural peace and a strong faith (my name FAITH is now working for me) to take what seems to be a bad situation and showing me that no matter what I do, what I feel, where I go...God is in control and everything is going to be okay.

Most people take several months and even years to really start healing from a traumatic situation like this. I thank God that I can say I am walking in that healing and my faith is being perfected. Each and every day I am getting better and better, stronger and stronger, wiser and wiser, smarter and smarter…

My Faith looks up to thee, Thou Lamb of Calvary, Savior divine!

FAB is Back!!!

Wow! I have to write now because writing is what I love doing - It gladdens my heart. It's important to my mental well being, and I also believe that God is teaching me much in this experience and that later, I will be able to offer comfort to others who are facing the same thing and those who in future may have to face the same thing I'm facing now especially with the kind of support I’ve been getting from families, countless friends and acquaintances.

I want to use this medium to say a big THANK YOU, GOD BLESS YOU to all my families, friends and acquaintances. God Bless you all real good. You've all been my source of inspiration in this trying times and I pray God will perfect all that concerns us all in Jesus Mighty name, Amen!
