In August 2002, Julian Tiberius Hernandez, a
five-year-old boy that was missing in Birmingham, Alabama has been found alive
and well 13 years after.
This discovery was made when Julian was trying to apply for college. His social Security number didn’t match his name and when a member of staff at his school helped him to find out why it emerged he was on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children database. Julian, now 18-year-old in Ohio was confirmed as the missing boy. He is safe and unharmed.
